2. Description of Service

TranscribeVideo.ai provides AI-powered video transcription and summarization for publicly accessible videos on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Transcribe private or copyrighted content without authorization
• Circumvent platform terms of service of third-party sites
• Scrape, crawl, or automate requests in a way that burdens our infrastructure
• Use the output to harass, defame, or harm others
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding transcripts generated from third-party videos) remain the property of TranscribeVideo.ai. Transcripts are derived from user-supplied URLs; you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use them.

6. Paid Plans & Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. Rate Limits & Fair Use

Free accounts are limited to 5 requests per day (up to 2 videos each). Pro accounts are limited to 50 requests per day (up to 10 videos each). We reserve the right to adjust limits to maintain service quality.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee transcript accuracy, uptime, or availability of third-party video content. AI-generated summaries may contain errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TranscribeVideo.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above.
