Is the free plan really free?
Yes — no credit card, and no account needed for the first free video. 1 free video every 30 days (+1 more with a free account) — first minute of each, 1 video per request. Clips under a minute come back in full. Free forever.
What's included in Pro?
Every paid plan includes up to 10 videos per request, no video length limit, and combined AI summaries across all videos. Weekly includes 100 credits per 7 days (up to 30 a day). Pro includes 250 credits per 30 days (up to 100 a day). Business includes 600 credits per 30 days (up to 400 a day). Videos you have already transcribed can be re-opened free, and never count against your plan.
How does billing work?
Weekly bills $7.99 every 7 days. Pro bills $13.50 every month. Business bills $29 every month. All plans renew automatically until you cancel, and your transcription allowance refreshes each period. Credit packs are a one-time charge — those transcriptions never expire and are used only after your plan's allowance for the period runs out.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account dashboard at any time. You keep Pro access until the end of the billing period. No penalties, no friction.
What payment methods are accepted?
