7-day money-back guarantee
If you’re not happy with your Pro subscription for any reason within 7 days of purchase, email us and we’ll refund you in full — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email support@transcribevideo.ai within 7 days of your payment with the subject line “Refund request”. Include the email address associated with your account. We will process the refund within 3–5 business days and you will receive a confirmation from Stripe.
What qualifies
- Any new monthly or annual Pro subscription within 7 days of the initial charge.
- Renewal charges if you contact us within 7 days of the renewal date and have not used the service during that renewal period.
What does not qualify
- Requests made more than 7 days after the original charge.
- Accounts where Pro features were used extensively during the refund window.
- Partial-month refunds after the 7-day window has passed.
Free plan
The free tier is free — there is nothing to refund. If you are having trouble with free transcriptions, contact support@transcribevideo.ai and we will help.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. You retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund — please email us if you also want a refund within the 7-day window.
